For me the trimmer on the back works very well for trimming my mustache. The head cleans easily. I like the windows at 20% intervals that tell you how much charge is left on the shaver. I was reluctant to purchase it because Kissliss is a brand that I had never heard of. However, based upon the many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Also, its price was very reasonable. The first thing that I noticed was how quiet it is. It is much quieter than my previous razor. I also noticed how comfortably it fits into my hand. It also gives a great shave for gray beards.
