It arrived today and I decided to test it. I picked the most wrinkled shirt I could find to see how it would do. I was very impressed with how fast it heated up (15-20 seconds) and how fast it got the wrinkles out. It took me about 1 minute to do half of the front of the shirt. The only thing I would see people not liking is how it only holds enough water for maybe 2 shirts, but that’s not a problem for me because that’s about all I would be steaming at a time. If you need to steam more it shouldn’t be a big deal because of how fast it heats up after adding more water. It takes a few seconds to set up, the water heats up very quickly and all you do is hang up the garment and spray it.This is not an industrial strength steamer, which means it's lighter, more portable and easy to use...BUT it goes through water pretty quickly. So if you want to steam your whole wardrobe, it will require a lot of trips to the sink. It's great to have around the house or to travel with if you want a quick way to keep clothes wrinkle free.
