**Q: How to install the nordic curl strap?**
A: Step 1: Adjustable hamstring curl strap adjusts the length according to your shoe size. Step 2: Slide the door anchor under the door and close the door. Step 3: Place your foot in and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit to begin the exercise.

**Q: Does this need to be used on a safety door (i.e. a door used to separate indoors and outdoors) or can it be used on weaker doors?**
A: It can be used on weaker doors. 
If you think your door is very weak you can always try by pulling the strap with legs slowly and looking if the door is starting to bend towards you. If that happens you should try a different door to prevent damage to the door and injury to you.

**Q: My home gym doesn't have a door. Could I pin this under plates on the barbell, or tie or carabiner clip to the power rack?**
A: You can choose something heavy enough to press on the yellow webbing to practice, but the weight needs to be heavy enough to support your weight, otherwise you risk falling.

This is the best hamstring strengthening tool I’ve come across. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It also comes with good tips about how to use it and how often. It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you get a hang of it, it’s a game changer for hamstring strength

Absolutely wonderful product! I’m an avid gym goer but have shifted to working out at home and this is by far the best hamstring workout at home. Start by hinging at the hips and just holding that vs dropping to the ground super fast and pushing back up. Comes with the knee pad that’s super comfortable too. Get it now!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am not using this under the door

it works ok but not super stable. stable enough to do the exercise but you have to keep your balance. I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings. Quality is great. the adjustment clamp is much better an easier to use than my expectations, and it works great at holding the loop adjustment in place. The knee pad is GREAT...easy, big enough, comfortable, and cannot do anything without the pad, and the pad by itself is worth buying this device.
