Pairing the device was super quick and easy. Setting up an IR remote was easy. RF however, just didn't respond. I tried DIY and preset options (roller shades, curtain, projector, etc.). I press and hold the button icon on the app that I want to program, press the button on the actual device remote, and nothing pairs. No change of light status on the app (grey dot at top never turned red) or the hub (blue LED remained solid until the countdown went away, then turned off.) The button icon on the app turned green, but it never actually worked. Trying to program another button just greyed out the first and made the second one green. Testing the buttons didn't do anything. Finishing set up and trying to use it didn't do anything. I tried multiple remotes, all within the appropriate Mhz range, all for different devices... Nothing happened. Each app was exactly the same - down to UI and the instructions. I can't find more detailed instructions on the app or online, so it's just worthless to me.
