I have baby fine hair, and the products I end up having to use for volume tend to dry it out. This product does NOT do that. It stays silky while having loads of volume. Not to mention the scent - I love, love, love the scent. I also use this in conjunction with the Chi Silk Infusion. I love it. The packaging though... something to be desired. The bottle is huge so it makes sense to have pumps on them, of course - but pumps that actually FIT would be outstanding. I've posted two pictures. The clear pumps come taped to the bottles. The black pumps are from my empty Hempz shampoo/conditioner bottles. You can see that the neck from the Chi bottles are much longer. They do not fit the bottle, but luckily my Hempz pumps do, so I got lucky. I can see how folks on here are very frustrated with that. I would suggest Chi’s Black Seed Oil, leave in conditioner too. I love all Chi products!!! **Q: are they cruelty free?** A: Yes **Q: Is this good for damage hair?** A: Yes! It’s great for damaged hair! I would also recommend the Black Seed Oil by Chi as well.
