Well now because your item did not keep her from biting my little dog, in which she proceeded to get the muzzle off after she started the attack. I thought she killed my little boston who is almost 14. Its a wondef she is still alive but because your muzzle failed the dog had to be put down. So we lost one dog and have $1000 in saving my little dog because you claimex she couldnt bite or get out of it. Your claims were false and we r left heartbroken.
