It is a good choice for a 1S small plane and a small boat. It is a unidirectional brushed ESC. Suggestions: If you want to fly with FU-TA-BA or FLYSKY receiver, 8520 or even 1020 hollow cups, you can use this ESC. If you use radio-link, you should use it in 2A-3A. As the current is too large and the voltage drop is too large, the radio-link receiver can be disconnected. Please note that the receiver is disconnected due to the large voltage drop. This ESC has nothing with the ESC 2.7V. To do Parameters Voltage 3.6V - 5.8V Current 4A (1S lithium battery or 4 NiMH). They provide 5v BEC for a receiver and servos. Your may have to splice in different connectors depending on what batteries and receivers you use.
