There's an issue with the microphone on calls it's small and pretty far away from your mouth but I'm working with it as best I can. The touch controls are a bit janky with a delay but you become accustomed to this in time. I haven't had any battery issues as of yet just as I said only Bluetooth issues as far as music playback, they sync up quite easily I had no trouble at all syncing the earbuds to each other or to my phone I like them. The most serious drawback is a lack of volume control on the units I also haven't been able to replay music although in the description I read that I could. Overall they are a solid product and a great purchase at this price point and I would purchase these again. These things rarely–and I cannot emphasize rarely enough–connect. I have spent 10x more time trying to get them to connect to my phone than actually hearing anything on them. I did get them to work a couple of times, so I know I'm following the directions correctly. At least I assume so; the instructions are poorly written, and likely never proofed by a native English speaker. Waste of money.
