My order was delay for around two weeks, I contacted seller and they responded to all my inquiries immediately. They also sent a second shipment to replace the so lost one. A few days later I received both shipments almost at the same time. I told the seller about this so they could charge for the extra order. But they told me I could keep it as a gift for the delay. I will continue buying from them not only for their great product but also for the excellent customer service. Love it, it tastes like coffe but not as strong as coffee.
