I’ve been taking it for over 2 weeks now and I can feel the difference in my knees. I normally wake up with stiff knees or can do a fair bit of walking and physical activity for my job that makes them stiff the next day, but now I wake up with no stiffness. I can’t comment on the other properties yet but I do like it has other vitamins and minerals. It is so much easier to take than lots of tablets.
