Thie shampoo helped to loosen the dead hair so that it was easy to remove during the bathing process and the conditioner made his hair soft and easy to get through. There was more hair in the tub than what we have usually seen and when drying and brushing we seemed to get more hair removed. After he was dry, we noticed that his hair was super soft and smelled great! We purchased both the shampoo and conditioner and they both rinsed well.
