I’ve used it myself for my own cramps and it works best drinking as a tea leading up to the week of your period, I use it along with raspberry leaf. Can apparently also be used in the bath, brewing a larger amount. I find it easier to then drain the leaves out before putting it in the bath so it doesn’t clog the drain & get stuck to your body.
