Review: Very Challenging But Fun Build - This is the second wooden puzzle/model that I have done and this one was definitely a challenge! The first one was from a different company and you can tell a big difference in the quality and attention to detail of the Ugears models. Take your time and go over each step several times before snapping parts together! Once together, they are hard to get apart. In step 3, make sure you trap the spring between the two pieces. Be very careful snapping parts off of the sheets! Just go slowly and work your way around the part in stages instead of all at once. Sand the burrs off of everything and wax, wax, wax every where they show you in the instructions. I was able to not break any part during this build. As far as the parts that are designed to bend, I found it helpful to sand the backside really well and it seemed to make them bend a little easier. On the rear fenders, make sure you don’t snap the upper and lower fender together fully until you bend the fender around and lock it in. Then snap them together. Otherwise, it’s easy to break the fender trying to bend it. As another reviewer said, I also lowered the air cleaner and added a couple of spare parts on top for a cleaner look!
