They come with the correct screws, and the trays themselves are a VERY close match to the Dell branded ones.If you need the HDD trays like most other server owners, don't hesitate to buy these!PS - Dell if you weren't such scrooges and refused to sell the trays separately, you might get more money from some of us. Making us pay $200 for a 1TB drive is madness, and not selling parts for equipment that we OWN is mind numbingly stupid. I paid a premium for your servers, but already had the storage. Why would I buy new drives?If you are like me and already had a storage solution, but Dell refused to sell trays to you, don't pass these up.
