I’m really impressed with this countertop ice maker. It was very easy to set up—just add water and press the button. It starts making ice quickly, and the cubes are a great size for drinks. The machine is compact, so it fits nicely on my kitchen counter without taking up much space. It also comes with a handy ice scoop and basket, making it convenient to use and clean. If you need a reliable ice maker for your home, office, or parties, this is a great choice. It works well, looks nice, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended!

Got this during prime days for half price and was worth every penny. Bought for use in our camper and used all day for the past couple of days. One thing is the ice does tend to melt a little while in basket but could have been due to our heat wave we are having. Makes ice quickly and made enough that we didn’t need to purchase any additional bags of ice for drinks. Very easy to use. Very quiet and only realize on when the ice drops and then dropped into basket for storage. Best purchase I’ve made in a while!

We absolutely love this Silonn ice maker. It made the first batch of ice within 6 minutes and hasn’t stopped. We bought this one because it makes the bullet ice (the kind with the hole in the middle) and it doesn’t melt as fast as the nugget ice, that our daughters have, but if your an ice cruncher like me it’s still very easy to crunch. We also like the front handle on the ice basket which makes it so handy when you have to fill the water, you can hold the basket in one hand keeping it over the bucket, so you don’t get water everywhere, and fill it up. It’s not large so it fits nicely on the counter, it’s approximately 9”wide, 11”deep, 11”high, and holds 40oz. of water. It also comes with an ice scooper which fits in the basket handle or you can hang the scoop on the hook that is provided to hang on the side of the machine and it has a water plug on the bottom so it can be emptied after the self clean mode is run. It has a handle that you attach so you can lift the ice maker to where you want it, which is very convenient. I checked a lot of reviews on here and google before deciding on this one and they were all very good. We highly recommend this ice maker.

The ice maker is definitely a solid machine and does what it says, it makes ice. Granted I do my ice making once a week and run it for a few hours since I have a couple trays to fill and then throw in the freezer. I have never ran this thing more than 12 hours and only use gallons of purified water. Otherwise it's consistent and does it's jobs. Super simple to operate and it saves me on buying ice or using cracked trays. A couple nit picks of mine is I feel like it doesn't make ice fast enough. I definitely have to run it for a while since the first couple rounds of ice are very small, so you could say the machine has to "warm up". It's definitely not going to be a quick process and you need some time to let it work. I also noticed how loud this thing can be since I have a small home and you can definitely hear it making ice. It's not too bothersome but I can see why people would get annoyed.

So far it works beautifully no issues it makes a lot of Ice and makes every drink refreshing the medium size machine makes ice bullets fast and two decent sizes small and large just perfect my mother loves this ice machine and the retro style do keep in mind the minute you do receive your ice machine if ordered remove it from the box at your earliest convenience let it stand upright unplugged for at least 1hr and a half to 2hrs so the refrigerant can settle wash and fill with water (Bottled water) plug in and watch the magic happen Enjoy Cheers

UPDATE: 16 months after purchase, still going strong! On the counter making ice 24/7. Other than some area power failures, it has been on constantly. We don't even notice the fan and ice dropping anymore. I clean the water areas monthly with vinegar and use canned air to keep the vents clear where dust likes to collect. I love the convenience of always having ice without opening the freezer! It's been running continuously for the past 10 months, except for the monthly wipe down. This machine is great! Ever use a refrigerator icemaker and you get those semi-circular ice pieces that form a dam in your glass and cause the drink to spill all over your chest and floor? No worries with this amazing icemaker! The ICE comes out in hollo cylinders that chill your drink but don't impede the flow of liquid in any way!!! It comes with a very convenient scoop that stays on the icemaker so you never contaminate your ice when filling a glass. It has a low water sensor, but is very easy to keep filled and you just have to turn it off and back on after filling. As the ice melts, it refills the reservoir, then is pumped back into the machine to make more ice. After the bin is full, it stops dispensing ice until that top layer is removed. It produces a new batch of ice every 6-8 minutes and fills the bin in less than 30 minutes. There is a choice between small and large, but the small seems to melt a lot faster so I keep it on large. I can fill 2 16 oz glasses with ice from a full bin. I use Zero filtered water like distilled water, so there is no concern about scale or need for anything more than the occasional cleaning Setup was super easy, and I have it right next to the filtered water pitcher to make filling easier It's on the island in the kitchen on the far end away from the stove. Now for the less desirable things... it's very noisy. A lot of reviews mention it being too noisy. After growing up with a grandfather clock, I got adjusted to the icemaker noise quickly and it doesn't bother me. A small price to pay for the wonderful convenience of always having fresh ice. It may not be for people that like a quiet house. If the power goes out, the machine will stay off and you have to turn it back on to keep making ice. It's ideal for 2 people and we've never run out of ice; however we had some visitors and it could not keep up with 5 people. We had to use ice from the freezer to keep up with the demand. I love this icemaker and highly recommend it! I'm sorry that some others haven't had good luck with it. I don't know how long it will last, but for the price, even if it quit today after 5 months I would just buy another one because it is so easy and convenient!

I love ice cubes. And this machine fits on my desk. Not super loud and makes enough ice for like 5 people to get a cup of ice and save some. It works fast took about less than 10 minutes to make my ice and lets you know whenits full and also gives you bags to put the ice in

I used this ice maker according to the instructions. The ice melts before you can even use it! The ice is so small even on the large ice setting - see my photo. The seller offered a refund, I accepted, but they didn't give the refund and now don't reply to my messages. Don't waste your money on this item.

It makes ice very quickly but it is very thin and hollow so will melt very quickly.
