It is also great for starting seeds - all my seeds sprouted quickly using just Coco Fiber. I also like the fact that coconut fiber media is more eco-friendly than peat based media and has better fungal-resistance than other mulches or soil additives. Once the brick is expanded, it condenses back down when in your pot, etc. This might have been because a lack of knowledge on my side, but it's not a product I intend to use again.
