What is this???** A: Ours smelled aswell but after a while it airs out. we use it only for feet and the cats seem to like to lay on it **Q: How long does it take to expand fully?** A: When I unpacked it the wedge was pretty much expanded. You could pretty much use it right then. It took very little time to fully expand.
