**Q: Can i just put chocolate in this and than melt in microwave ?**
A: I dont believe the handle can take the heat of the microwave. I also think the instructions say no also. I ordered the melting pot its the best way to warm up chocolate but for some reason my machine isnt heating so well. We shall see what happens the next time I make cake pops.

I really like being able to melt a small amount of chocolate and have it stay warm. This allows me to still be able to dip items without having the waste of the original, larger pot.
