A: No it comes with a splitter cable so you connect both z-axis motors to same port on board

A: I believe this is for a 250 mm z height. If you bought the correct height lead screw it work work. Measure your other lead screw which should be around 500 mm and order one with this kit and it will work fine.

The kit doesn't work for the Ender 3 Max, as the lead screw is too short, however the mounts and accessories fit. Had to buy a separate lead screw that was longer, but once I did that, it fit beautifully. Was easy to assemble, despite there being NO instructions in the box whatsoever. Thankfully I found a video to confirm my steps, but bags were not numbered, and mostly labeled in Chinese. Just make sure when installing you watch a YouTube video to confirm your steps, and when dealing with the concentric nut, make sure it goes back in the right way or your pom wheel won't work.
