I saw some other reviews mention issues with charging/defective batteries, but since they were mostly from other countries and it was a cheap price, I figured I'd take a gamble and see what I got. Well, they were right. The charging light turns on for only a few seconds and then shuts off, and no matter which charging device I used or how long I left it plugged in, it would not turn on when I pressed the power button, unless it was actively plugged in; and if I then unplugged it, it would immediately shut off. It does seem to *mostly* work when I used the wired mode, but this drains my phone battery faster and uses the USB-C port I'd need to charge it, so it severely limits my playtime. I also had some occasional issues with it disconnecting even in wired mode. And don't expect any support from Razer themselves; since this product is older and out of production, they don't offer any free customer support for it anymore beyond basic, boilerplate FAQ articles on their site. Which is a shame, because when it's working it seems like a nice enough controller, and it's basically the only one I can find on the market with this many extra back buttons. But the unit I received only works when connected to power.
