i used this filter on my 2004 ram diesel and now on my 2012 ram diesel.

Does the fuel water separator come with o-ring? And does it fit 2011 dodge ram 6.7 cummins?

Yes it fits your 2011 Ram 6.7 and it comes with an O-ring. I've been using K&N filters on my truck for 25 years I've never had a problem with any of them. I use K&N filters on the cars my wife has owned, and now I buy them for my grandson's truck.
