Review: effective, versatile, and ergonomic - These are nice scrapers. The firmer material is great for scraping food from cast iron pots and the more flexible part is good for cleaning plates or other gentler work. They're also larger than most scrapers I've used in the past, which makes them easier to hold and use. And the triangular shape means you have corners for tighter spaces / curved surfaces (like scraping near the lip of a pan) and flat sides for scraping larger areas. The scrapers are new, so I can't speak to durability, but they seem to be quality implements.

If eggs have stuck to the sides and bottom of a stainless steel pan, this will get the pan almost clean enough to rinse and put to dry. If there's goopy stuff (like gravy) that I don't want to get into the scrubby (handknit ones) or dishcloths, this will dispose of it and a quick wipe with a soapy scrubby will leave it clean. One side is firm, one is more like a spatula, and each of the 3 "corners" is a different shape for getting into the edges between the side of a pan and the bottom. Wonderful tool!
