Worked fantastic for making certain candies and gummies. Did not have to worry about enzymes breaking it down. Taste is completely neutral.

Makes great freezer jam!
I made lots of freezer jam with the grandkids this summer and it all turned out yummy and with an adults help, the kids (4 and 7) had a great time stirring and had fantastic results. Follow the directions to a T and you should be eating jam in no time!

Great value and works grest
This was perfect for my jams, I could not find in the stores and the price is about the same as when I bought in the store. I found some at Wal-Mart after I ordered these and the experation date was after the ones I just bought, these were great and will order more. Was delivered fast too.
