**Q: Is the initial printed on or embroidered?**
A: The initial is printed on, but it's very nicely done. I've purchased 2 of these bags, first one was a "gift" bag for a beach house warming gift, I filled it with beach towels and flowers and a bottle of champagne, it's roomy and well made. Bought one for myself too, it's a great tote, much more substantial than expected.

**Q: Will bag stand on its own when empty?**
A: It arrives folded, with time it probably will, if you fill it up for some time.

**Q: Can we get this customized with 2 letters instead of just one?**
