If you know, love and otherwise revere the wildly under-rated quince, THESE are the quince to reacquaint yourself with this glorious fruit. While secretly wanting to WEAR them because their perfume is heavenly, I've used them in tagines, stir-fries, and tarts. I've spiced them and put them up (They look mouthwatering in jars!) and made both quince jelly AND quince butter. HEAVEN!!ALSO, all my orders arrived properly packaged so there was no damage to the fruit AND my orders arrived on time or early.
