The self-clean feature doesn't remove the concerns of doing it in the winter when opening the windows to remove some of the smell and fumes isn't easily feasible, making it less than ideal if you have pets and kids.if you don't use the self-clean feature, getting into the oven and trying to remove all the gunk that accumulates at the bottom is a hassle.The oven liner removes a lot of that hassle.
