Both the hose and complete mounting bracket including the ball are very cheap plastic and not the stainless and brass as detailed in the description. These people are crooks. **Q: How do you remove the flow restrictor?** A: Unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. **Q: What is the GPM of this shower head?** A: It’s a 10 setting shower head . Works great , perfect pressure and easy to install ! You turn the face part of the detachable head to get the pressure you like and enjoy the best shower you will ever have . Had mine for a few months worth every penny . **Q: At each end of the hose there are red plastic pieces that prevent me from attaching the hose to the mount and the shower head.
