Review: Great "fancy" plates for families - I wanted a plate set that was pretty and felt special but was sturdy enough to undergo use by three younger children. You can't tell these aren't ceramic until you pick one up and realize how light it is! These are a beautiful shade of pale blue with accents that perfectly capture the French countryside vibe I was going for. Only downside is inability to use in the microwave but that is because they are melamine. Highly recommend and will be looking for matching pieces from the collection if available.

A box inside another box, which included shock absorbing material, but the box was too long for the product and one of the bowls arrived broken. desertcart was excellent about getting the product replaced. The dinnerware is just what my wife and I need as we are aging...lighter and less likely to shatter if dropped. Beautiful pattern that has the look of stoneware.
