Bought, I don’t know, maybe 4 or 5 of these over the years, for sons schooling. I like the bag, and have no issues with it, other than the strap usually pulls free at the top where it’s sewn to the bag. It’s simply that the weight of stuff in it is often way beyond what anyone should be carrying! I kid you not, I can barely lift it when he’s fully into term time, and carrying the regular load. I usually re- sew the straps well before they pull off, and replace the bag each year. I lately have bought the black/ charcoal one, not sure if it’s better material than other styles….

The bag is lightweight and has a bounty of storage. Sometimes, having too many pockets though, can be detrimental for finding things. It does need a metal key ring clip to keep you car keys on while you are traveling. The plastic one provided is weak and I almost broke it the first day. The bag provided good soft protection for your laptop, but does not have the better hard-sided suspension storage pocket. The zippers are ok, but not great. They need to be bigger and close easier. The pulls are good and comfortable. The straps are comfortable on my shoulders and easy to get on and off. They are easy to adjust and are big enough for larger folks. Overall a good value for the money, but not really built for a road-warrior.

Piece of garbage. Such low quality. If I could return it I would but sadly I missed the return window. My bad. Also I can barely fit anything into it. If you have two books or a laptop you want to bring somewhere, fine. Definitely not great for travel. Definitely not good for your only bag on Frontier etc. The company has gone very downhill sadly. I tried to use the warranty on my last bag and after so much rigmarole instead of replacing it, they gave me a small % off coupon I didn't even use.

Within the first month the holder thingy started

SwissGearのリュックサックは10年前くらいにアメリカで初めて購入した。 あの頃はリュックを背負うことがあまりなかったが、最近はサラリーマンで背負うことが増え、日本のショッピングモールで売られているリュックを購入したが、めちゃくちゃ重く感じ、リュック自体も柔らかい為、体に負荷が掛かっていた。 正直リュックはこんなもんやろと思ってたが、上記記載のリュックを背負うととても使いやすく欲しくなった。 しかし日本で販売されていない為、ここで購入した。 届いた物品も本物で、毎日背負いやすくとても使い勝手が良い！ 今後もSwiss Gearのリュックを愛用する！

Tengo una mochila de esa marca un me duro 9 años y estoy muy contento con la calidad y la usabilidad. Compré este nueva mochila para reemplazar la antigua y debo decir que está nueva mochila es amplia y se siente muy bien hecha. Los materiales son ligeros pero se sienten resistentes. Le cabe mucho. Es una buena compra. La relación precio producto es muy buena. Es una gran marca y este es un gran producto.
