Now for those who think that there is no pectin in this that's not true according to the ingredients list. I've taken a picture of it. The seller got this to us on Friday and we weren't expecting it til the next Tuesday. They also had it as 1.8 lbs and we received 2.04 lbs. I would recommend this product and seller to everyone. All other recipes were too expensive, I use this instead of Certo. This powder does not measure the same as that liquid stuff. About a fourth teaspoon pectin is all I need for 2 cups of grape juice, even half that would likely still work nicely, or half of that. I like using the 1\4 teaspoon per two cups grape juice so far for me that's the best ratio to help me. I'm still trying to work that out about what amount works for my needs, as I am not a professional nor a doctor, nor am I offering any medical advice.
