Sucks cuz I have been a dedicated customer for about 2-3 years now ### ⭐⭐⭐ Sent me to the ER *by S***H on November 22, 2022* I've been using preworkout for about 5 years now without any issue, until the first time I tried this stuff. The flavor isn't bad and it gets the job done in the gym, the problem is what comes after. This stuff stays in your system for a really long time. After 6 hours I was still extremely jittery and eventually the left side of my face started feeling very noticeably numb. It wasn't a stroke luckily but it sure felt like it. The doctor said it's likely due to the high concentration of beta-alanine.
