Just exactly the right height for my sheltie. Made very well and easy to put together. Wish the bowls were a little bigger, but overall it is a great product! ### ⭐⭐ Two Stars *by J***N on June 25, 2015* Came without the silver bowls so it's pretty useless. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Similar but not the same item pictured. *by J***R on February 25, 2014* I received the following:Homezone Part# CVA0103U which can be purchased for $20 at Walmart.My purchase was from a seller UNPLUGGED. Not Mountain Woods.The item I received looks similar to what is pictured here, but is not the same and was very poor quality. I was unable to compete the assembly because there were no pre-drilled holes in Part D (the back) to complete step #6 to attach the lid hinges to the back. I considered drilling them myself, but didn't want to risk any damage. The dowels would slide too far into the holes to provide any real stability, and I had to loosen the cam screws quite a bit to get them to line up with the cam bolts on the side pieces. This caused the entire "construction" of the server to be quite loose, and not at all sturdy. I will say that it does LOOK nice, but I doubt it would hold up to a pet that's an eager eater.I contacted the seller for a refund or exchange, explained the situation and sent photographs of what I received. They indicated that they had encountered some issues at the time of my order and were required to use a different distributor than they normally do. (My item shipped from walmart.com). I had hoped to do an exchange for the item pictured, but the part number for their item and the one I received were the same. Instead, they sent a pre-paid shipping label so that I could return the item for a full refund.Although I am very disappointed with this purchase and the quality of the item, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because the customer service was superb.Buyers - before purchasing this item, do a web search for the part number above to get an accurate representation of what you'll really be purchasing.Final note: I purchased this for my adult cats. I was concerned that it would be a bit too tall for them, but it was actually a perfect height.
