The quality is very good, woudn't expect for such price. Assembly completed without issues, very easy if follow steps. Works well, just need to find the balance lengh. Vibration has few modes, bottom, top or both, 3 intensity settings, helps to relax back muscules and spine. Don't use heat though, maybe in the winter. Would be great if headrest was adjustible with elevation, so I use rolled towel instead to suport my neck. The only thing missing is the lock board mechanism in initial position, when not in use, but I've made it from thin metal rod where the feet rail rests on the frame stabilizer, just circled the rod aroud it. It can be used with or without **Q: Does it fold flat for storage under a bed ?** A: I have my bed on 6 inch risers and I bet it would probably fit. I have some pretty tall totes under my bed. **Q: How far back does this recline?** A: It has 6 settings. You can set it at 15 30 45 60 85 and 90 degrees. To set at 90 degrees you just take the pin out on the side and put it in the hole at the top of the adjustment. 90 degrees will allow you to be fully inverted straight up and down. **Q: How hard is it to assemble?** A: No it's not hard to assemble. The heat and massage is hard to get targeted. The foot/shin clamp can be uncomfortable and takes some getting used to. For decompression, I recommend it. It’s made a difference for me, 15 minutes once or twice a day.
