Had my last Clean + Easy wax kit for approximately 27 years! At home use. I’m a licensed professional and found that having a wax kit at home saved me a ton of money over the years. Doesn’t take very long to heat up. The Clean + Easy Wax rollers are an excellent wax protection as well. Highly recommend.

Defective product received and now past return date
I don’t know how the reviews are positive but I’m saddened by the fact that I received a defective product. The heating system has been on for an hr and 30 mins at the highest and it’s completely cold. The on switch comes on but doesn’t heat up. Such luck I’ve to have been the one to receive a defective product and I really wanted to use it

BUSTED
I bought this for a second time because the first one was great, and still working great, the second one was for my second property in another state, I had not been able to check it out until I got back ( past Amazon return window) Did not work at all, when i tilted it from side to side, I could hear alot of broken rattleing sound. Its still under manufacturer warranty so I will try there, probably a shipping issue , it was loosley placed in a Amazon box ( not in manufacturer box ) DONT OPT FOR AMAZON BOX ONLY !! to reduce boxes, keep it shipped in Man. box

This is an American unit and will NOT work in the UK with our electricity voltage etc.
Ok, so I purchased this through Amazon Uk. It arrived and is an American unit. This means it operates on a totally different voltage than that in the Uk. I have had to purchase a step down adapter which has cost £40.00. You cannot go and buy a little adapter from Boots. It needs a specific unit to charge the whole electrical supply. I was and am disappointed because I bought this through a UK site. Amazon have been very helpful. The sellers will not accept returns but Amazon have said they will refund me for the adapter.
