I believe the plaster would work best for balloon projects. Just don’t make the plaster to thick or to watery. **Q: What is the set time on the cast? I’ve tried one that sets in 2 minutes and one that sets in 4 minutes. Both serve a purpose.** A: This molding material sets up in about 3 minutes. **Q: I'm trying to create a fin that is missing on a plaster statue. can i use and then pour epoxy in it to create? can i create the mold with this?** A: I know this mold will work for making a plaster statue or figure. I have t used epoxy. I think it would stick to this type of mold but I don’t know for sure. You could try it but I don’t think it will work with this type of mold.
