Wow! This pill crusher is absolutely amazing. I have a cat that needs to take a couple of medications. However, she just cannot eat those pill pockets or pill wrapper treats like my last cat did. Somehow, she finds a way to let the pill drop out... I'm not sure if it's intentional or she just eats in a weird way. If she gets a hint of one of those pills, which I understand are very bitter, then she's out permanently, like one of the Sharks on Shark Tank. This crusher lets me EASILY crush the pills up into a powder, mix in with her Fancy Feast along with some Churu, to mask the bitterness. She's slow eating it, but I think she knows now that she has to finish the food mixture to get the rest of her dinner. I wish I knew about this years ago for my last cat.

I have a relative who is now stroke and cancer patient. It’s difficult for her to swallow some of her medications as they can be a bit big. This causes a gag reflex. This pill crusher helps a lot in that we can crush it to a powder form and put with a spoon of pudding or apple sauce. It’s made of plastic and simply operates by place the pills in the little cup and twisting the cap on top until it stops. Unscrew the top and there you have it. Great tool for those who have a hard time swallowing their pills. And it’s compact design makes it very portable. Good to go!!!

I purchased two of these Ezy Dose Pill Crushers for my teenage grandson who does not and cannot seem to swallow any types of pills. I needed one for his school so they could dispense his medication when wanted to have one for on the go. This Ezy Dose Pill Crusher is the smaller one. It is about 2" high by about 2 1/2" wide. I have one of the larger sized ones that I purchased a while back for at home that is about 3" high by 3 1/2" wide. The opening to place pills on the smaller one is about 3/4" and on the larger one is about 1 1/4". Both have a small removeable cap top to store your medications in for travel. I like both equally for different reasons. The larger one is easier to grip for anyone with hand/finger grip problems being about like gripping a tennis ball. The smaller ones require being able to bend your hands into a tighter fist. The larger one has more room to add and crush several pills at one time and the smaller one can hold and crush less. Basically how they work: You unscrew the top and add your pills. Then you screw the top closed and as you do this the attached plastic piece crushes the pills. Then you unscrew the top and you can dump out the crushed pills. This is what I have found. I will screw down the top and crush the pills, then unscrew and kind of shake the bottom piece so any larger chunks move to the top and then I will screw down the top again. This turns any pills into a fine powder. When I have larger caplets I will do this a few times and only add 1 or 2 caplets at a time to either sized crusher. Not only does this make less stress on the plastic crusher, but I am able to get a finer powder. The smaller sized crusher is great to take along because it is smaller and can fit into purses, desks, etc. and easy to pack for vacations. Both are easy to clean, just wash in warm soapy water and rinse. I wouldn't put them in a dishwasher. Make sure when you are ordering to read the description so you know if you are getting the smaller or larger sized one. I am very happy with the pill crushers and they sure save a lot of time in crushing medication.

Very strong and even older arthritic hands can crush pills to fine lump free powder using the dynamics of the shape of the crushing plunger and a simple turn of the lid. Easy to keep clean and dry and much more affordable than big heavy metal crushers. Bought two for our children’s hospital and we love them.

There are higher priced pill crushers but so far, this one does the trick. No more pounding a daily pill with a soup can or rolling pin - just twist this in both directions and pills come out fine as sand!

I ordered the EZY DOSE pill crusher for my basenji's daily medications she takes with food. This product is easy to use, with the threads being very secure (not wobbly as I expected), the knurled edges on both ends allow a firm grip, and the angle of the crushing surfaces grinds the tablets to a fine power, much better than other crushers I've used. I don't know if I would trust storing pills in teh storage compartment in the cap as the compartment cover is just a flip-lid that opens too easy. I like this crusher so much I may order a second one for the camper.

I bought this specifically to grind up some larger vitamins and tablets, but it has been a bit of a workout to use. If you are dealing with softer, smaller tablets, it does a decent job. However, when it comes to denser pills or thick multivitamins, the pills are incredibly hard to crush in it. You have to twist the cap down with a ton of force, and if you have any weakness or arthritis in your hands, it is going to be a major struggle to get a fine powder. The plastic twists smoothly when it's empty, but once a tough pill is inside, the threads bind up easily. It feels like you're going to crack the plastic housing just trying to get enough leverage to break the tablet down. I usually have to split the larger pills in half with a knife first just to get this crusher to catch them. It is compact and easy to clean out, but the grinding power just isn't there for heavy-duty tablets. If you only need to crush basic, easily breakable pills, it works fine, but look elsewhere if you need to process tough vitamins daily.

Well made pill crusher better than anything similar in the market But if there’s an option to have darker color instead of white would be nice It’s a bit of a hassle to find and remove sticked powder while most of pills are white too

This little crusher is awesome. It’s cheap, really simple to use, and crushes pills (even big ones) with almost no effort. I was honestly surprised by how large and sturdy it feels for the price – way bigger than the tiny ones I’ve tried before. No more struggling with hard tablets. If you need something reliable and no-fuss, just get this one. Totally worth it!
