Then I ran it on a UHD TV at 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz for about an hour or so and then watched some Netflix on the same TV both at 1080p and 3840x2160. The cable did great for all of 5 hours. Incessant flickering started on my screen. I switched computers (unit with a GTX 980 to a unit with a GTX 1080) and then I switched TVs and then I switched to a PC monitor. All to no avail. ### ⭐ SHORT LIFESPAN, NO SUPPORT *by J***E on July 11, 2020* I used this cable at 4k with no HDR (my video card didn't support it) between an i7 Win10 PC and a Philips 4k 42" TV. It worked well for 6 months, but then for about a week, the picture would cut out. I'd restart the computer because I didn't know what was causing it, and sometimes it would show a picture, and sometimes not. I finally swapped out the PC with a spare, and it had the same problem. Tried a replacement DisplayPort cable and it works fine in both PCs.
