I has to use 2 zucchinis to learn how to get it to make the strands properly....put force and weight towards blade. It cut 7 remaining zucchinis into spaghetti without any problems. It fit a standard size zucchini so not sure why people are belly aching about produce not fitting into the device. Our spaghetti was DELICIOUS and such an awesome alternative to traditional pasta. I plan on buying several for Xmas gifts. LOVE this product. If you took the time and patience (oh, about 15 minutes of learning) to figure out how it works, you wouldn't post a negative review.
