Extremely poor quality product, liquid leaked after 30 sec of microwave heating
Within 2 weeks of using the product the pack started leaking and the liquid was all over it. Very poor quality product for heat compressions specifically. This pack can't tolerate microwave heat, never heated more than 45 secs that too not continuous

Nice product
Good for both cold and hot applications. Note that for cold applications an ice bag will be better as this bag will have condensation resulting in wet clothes.
