Accurately measures birth weights of newborn beef calves within 24 hr after birth. Place the tape around the coronary band of the front hoof, tighten, and read the circumference in centimeters and the birth weight in pounds from the tape scale. One side measures bulls, the other heifers. Weight at birth may vary +/-7 lb for bulls and +/-6.4 lb for heifers due to hour of age and shrink or fill. Fabric USA.
