Review: This is an amazing product!!! It stays charged for so long and is very well made. The videos that you can scan are also super helpful. I was looking for something that would help the look and feel of my face and this is it!!! It is expensive but it is worth it. Review: I have multiple headache disorders. I’ve been using this for over a year to help manage TMJ and relieve tension headaches. The infrared light setting builds heat in muscles and helps them relax. I also use the electro current attachment to interrupt nerve pain from trigeminal neuralgia (kinda like you’d use a tens unit). I bought the heating and cooling attachments which I use during migraines. With regard to the beauty benefits: I do think this tool does what it claims. But it’s important to note that it does a ton of stuff so there are trade offs (e.g. a red light mask would get you better coverage faster). I do find the facial cleansing brush to be completely useless. I personally find chemical exfoliation (enzyme masks, AHA toners, BHA toners) more effective than physical brushes. **Q: Does the seller keep 50% of the purchase price if you decide to return the item? This is an expensive item, would be risky to purchase if so.** A: If you purchase from Theragun, no they will fully refund you if you decide to return within the return window. I cannot speak for other sellers. I also did NOT return mine, but did click through the process of returning it to see and it said I would get the full price + tax back. I added a video showing this. (I almost did not purchase because I read those reviews as well, but Amazon has always gone above and beyond whenever I had issues so I decided to go ahead and purchase!) **Q: before and after image of the eyes: what was used? just the light?** A: None of the lights should be used around your eyes. Per my ophthalmologist this can cause vision changes. **Q: Can I use this on my eyelids?** A: I don't think it specifically addresses this anywhere (I don't have the manual in front of my so I could be wrong), but I do use the cone shaped percussion tip around my entire eye area on the lowest setting. I get a lot of puffiness in my eyes and hold a lot of tension there so I love it for this. So again, I can't say for sure if it is meant to be used on eyelids, but I have used it there. When I reached out to Therabody customer service, I was told my warranty had expired — just over a year — and there are no repair options, not even paid service. For a premium-priced device, I expected better quality and support. It’s frustrating that a $400+ product stops working shortly after the warranty ends with no path forward.
