Received in good condition. Very sturdy, powerful (1400 watt) and base is held fast by suction caps. Used all attachments being a home baker and youtuber @Taramadhu Ki Rasoi for whipping cream for cake decoration. For making dough (250g to 1.5 kg) for chapattis, cookies, bread, pizza etc just add the flour and ingredients and within 2-5 minutes dough is ready. For making batter for cake, malpua, pakora (fritters), chilla, sooji idli batter etc its super time saving and non-messy. With 5.5 litre bowl I don’t have to whip cream in batches and in one go all my family/professional need is done. The bowl is easy to use n convenient to clean. Using it saves lot of time & human effort. Splash guard ensures my kitchen is clean as using the electric beater many times the cream splashes, so I am happy that work station is clean. The results are very good as attachments move in planetary motion i.e they rotate and revolve for even mixing/blending. The 10 speed and specially the pulse feature is awesome while using product. The stand mixer works flawlessly, without any complain. It has a warranty of 2 years but I don’t think you will need that. A Must buy for all home bakers without any hesitation.

Update as on 8 Aug 2026 Downgraded 5 star to 1 star ----------- The mixer speed control knob stopped working on 23 July 2026. The complaint is still pending. I have already paid 1200 for a spare part. It arrived on 29th, but the technician came today, after many calls. Agaro doesn't respond to emails, have tried that too. Agaro outsource their service to other brands. The technician that visited me today was from Glenn chimney. He could not open the base plate of the mixer to fit the spare. One out of 4 base screws is a pin-in-torx screw, you need a special torx driver to open it. Agaro service guys don't know their own product, so they sent someone from another company without proper tools. The product is made in china, I was lucky it ran for almost 3 years. I spent 8k for the product and 1200 to fix it but it is still not fixed after 15 days. Someday, consumer issues would be addressed properly in this country, that would be the end of companies like Agaro. I may not live to see that day, but it will come. ----------- Old 5 star review The first run is complete. We made around 10 liters of Ice-Cream using the whisk and beater attachment in multiple iterations. We followed the weight and speed instructions and all went well. The machine doesn't get hot if you follow the weight and speed instructions. We are yet to use the dough hook, and I hope it will work well too. Before purchasing, I called up customer care and asked what happens if one of the attachments broke after regular use, they said we need to call customer care and they will let us buy spare attachments. Which means as long as the motor of the machine is good, you can use it without any hesitation. I remember seeing a stand mixer around 10 years back on a shop stand with a price tag of 80,000/-, and I used to wonder why it was so costly. Probably because back then it used to be imported from US or other countries. But Agaro has done a great job in making these things accessible to Indian consumers by making in India. Agaro, keep making things. All the best.

The AGARO Elegant Stand Mixer, 1400W is now become my favourite, ideal for home bakers n cooks. Befor this I used products from kent and from Clearline. Kent's atta maker has a aluminium bowl for kneeding and baking purposes where this stand mixer has a stainless steel bowl, it excels at kneading dough, whipping cream, we use it for ghee making and mixing batters. Easy to clean. it’s a great budget-friendly choice for versatile baking needs. It's customer support is also excellent.

Product is decent but services is very poor so thik before buy it
