Review: great blackberry syrup - This Morin Blackberry Puree seems to indeed be that, but really it is a very very thick, very sweet, syrup. It definitely has a full, rich, delicious blackberry flavor and aroma (and color), but you have to be prepared to use it only where lots of added sugar is ok. Also, being fundamentally a puree after all, it has teensy tiny bits of blackberry flesh, so it won't be making some crystal clear drink in case that's what you're imagining.
Review: Wonderful - This is close to the most wonderful thing I've every tasted. And it goes a long way.

## Features

- Monin blackberry fruit purée brings rich berry flavor to culinary creations, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and shakes.
