why does temperature readout default to celcious from fahrt after turning back on

Since the multimeter doesn’t have a power-down memory function, when it is turned off, the temperature mode will return to default mode Celsius. I am afraid you have to reset the temperature to Fahrenheit each time you restart it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Are batteries replaceable?

Under normal circumstances, it can be used for 4 to 5 hours after charging. Users can use it while charging. The built-in rechargeable battery does not need to be replaced.

The ones supplied with my dvm are loose and making poor, intermittent contact, where can i get replacement probes?

Thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding the looseness of the probe, can you take a short video to give us feedback on the specific looseness? I shot a video and uploaded it, can you tell me that the part of the red circle is loose? Because this is a special probe, it cannot be purchased outside. If it is confirmed that it is the problem of the probe, we will send you a replacement probe from China for free, I wish you a happy life。
