This has been a satisfying turmeric extract powder (without any additives!) for several years. I empty these capsules to use the turmeric powder in the Gourmet Turmeric Sauce recipe ... and this is why a larger capsule is more convenient.Filabuster Bread always enjoys the company of this Gourmet Turmeric Sauce - both recipes available online at the same location.Update March 2015Amazon continues to be the better source for these 600mg capsules. With a new fondness of the Turmeric Sauce combined with a generous quantity of minced sweet onion, any source for these One Daily capsules is a great source!The super easy Mini-Mounds of Ruis bread recipe (dark rye flour and oat bran) is another good complement to the Turmeric Sauce (rye flour should be 1 3/4 cups; also try with a tbsp of caraway seeds, stirred into the flour). Dusting the cookie sheet with bread flour allows the mounds to be cooled slightly after baking then twisted off the sheet by hand; cleanup is also super easy.

Great natural product for those who suffer from chronic pain and inflammation
I broke my ankle in a head on collision several years ago. I still have pins in my ankle and arthritis set up after my 1st surgery. I was using 800 ibuprofen and then changed to motrin. I was happy to find something natural. I will make sure I keep a bottle on hand. I noticed less swelling and pain after the 1st fees days of using it.
