A bit too thick for putting under my back while lying down, but i place it under my thighs which also helps with lower back pain. I sometimes put it between my legs when lying on my side, so pretty versatile use but not as intended

It's a comfortable support for the back and side slping. Good buy. I can appreciate it doi g what it claimed unlikely some of the other products

You can’t use it for your lower back while lying down because it’s quite thick and will definitely be uncomfortable. However, when sitting on a sofa, it can support and fill the lower back. The fabric is slippery.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！

Good pillow for my lower back since I have herniated discs. I use this for my car while driving and for my work chair.

Can’t drive without it now.
