we have 48x48 inch and 48x99 inch window screen for sale and come to folded on package. we also have 35x1181 inch and 47x1181 inch window screen mesh and come to roll on package.

Window screening can only be installed in specially designed (typically aluminum) frames. This framing material is available on the Internet or at your local hardware store. They can also provide instructions on how to construct the screen frame.

How is it installed? Do you need to have an existing screen frame?

Yes. This is only the mesh screen, it gets installed in the existing frame.

Can i use tape to attach this to the window?

Screens don't attach to windows, they attach to a window screen frame, or to a screen door. The right tape (duct tape) will hold this screen to a frame, but tape will not hold up over time and your screen will fall loose from the frame when the tape fails to hold it.
