Excellent Pillow!
This pillow is incredibly comfortable—just like the ones at high-end hotels. The “pillow in pillow” design gives the perfect mix of softness and support, and I never have to worry about feathers poking through. It feels well-made, with a soft cotton cover and quality stitching. I also appreciate that the down is responsibly sourced. I’ve tried a lot of pillows, but this one stands out. Whether you like soft or firm, it provides great sleep. Plus, the free pillow protector is a nice touch. Definitely worth it!

Hard as a Rock
I was so disappointed with this pillow. It was so hard! I followed the hard to find instructions on what to do when you first get your pillow. I put it on air dry in my dryer for 15 minutes then worked it like an accordion for a few minutes after that. I decided to try it that night…you never know, and my head sunk nicely into one spot, but I move at night. This pillow just kept getting harder and flatter all night. I can’t tell you how much pain it caused.

not what I expected have to use 3 pillows as soon as my head hits the pillow same as no pillow at all

Terrible.
If I could leave zero stars, I would- it’s terrible, not soft, as flat as can bed, it would be like sleeping with nothing. Absolutely not worth the price at all
