And despite the product being listed and trimmings, my package was about 35% sticks longer than 4 inches.I will say that it was grease factor 10. I divided mine into smaller portions in zip lock bags and put in the fridge which resulted in a huge block of grease forming.I found the best results was to wad up a papper towel in the bottom of a bowl and microwaving literally for 10 seconds. The grease got trapped in the paper and the sticks were perfect.Its a lot of meat in this package.
