Make sure u have good water pressure. Water remains running as long as draining. 2. Make sure hose is as short as needed. Less water presure and too long of hose gives less pressure. Also make sure there are no kinks in hose. 3. Make sure drain end is completely submerged. **Q: How does the super drain water pump work ?** A: It is a venturi pump.
